All living things must have water to survive, whether they get it from a water fountain, a rain cloud, or a little bottle attached to the side of a hamster cage. Without water, your body would stop working properly.

Creativity is fuelled by matching with food. Often a collaborative approach between chef and bartender/sommelier is required to bring out the best flavours of each product.
The best way to build a phenomenal business is to have staff and team members that genuinely want to serve. Whether it is serving the clientele or serving the people they work with, an attitude that's based on helping others will build envy worthy cultures in an organization.
Food is not just food, but a mothering presence – a source of nurturing and comfort, a source of empathy and atonement, a way to feel ‘felt,’ seen and understood, and a source of stress relief. Often memories will be connected to a food type or smell.
